‍Employment Pathways Through Beacon Foundation

MyState BankArena has developed a strong relationship with Beacon Foundation, providing students with exposure to the events and entertainment industry through workplace experiences and career development opportunities.

Through this partnership, students gain insight into a range of career paths that may otherwise be inaccessible, including event operations, hospitality, customer service, venue management, production and technical services.

By opening our doors to young people, we help build confidence, develop workplace skills and demonstrate the breadth of opportunities available within the live events sector.

‍Community Inclusion Through SHIVER

In 2026, MyState Bank Arena partnered with Life Without Barriers to provide complimentary access to SHIVER for young people and families who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend.

This initiative aligns closely with the values underpinning LK Group's Larita Academy, which focuses on creating opportunities, fostering connection and supporting young people facing barriers.

While Larita Academy delivers education and employment-focused outcomes, the SHIVER initiative provides an opportunity for young people to participate in a positive community experience, build social connections and create lasting memories.
